Roasted Asparagus


1-2 pounds of Asparagus
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Freshly Cracked Peppercorn


Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Cut off the thick ends.
Drizzle and evenly coat the asparagus with olive oil.
Add the salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until crisp.
