Smoked Turkey Breast


Cook Time: 4 hours and 30 minutes at 275 F

Ingredients
4.5-pound turkey breast
Alamo Dust by Crawford's Barbecue
Cluckalicious by Chupacabra Rub


Maintain a constant smoking temperature of 275 F


Once an hour, spray the turkey with a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar 1:1, to keep the outside moist.


The turkey is done when the thickest part of the breast reads 165 F.
