Smoked Pork Shoulder - Pulled Pork


3.25-pound pork shoulder
Cook Time: 4 hours 45 minutes


Rub the exterior of the pork shoulder with mustard followed by your favorite pork rub seasoning.


Place pork shoulder in the smoker at 250 F.
It took around 3 hours to get an Internal Temperature of 145F.
At that point wrap the pork shoulder in butcher paper or foil.
When you place the pork shoulder back in the smoker,
cook the remaining time at 275 F until you get an internal temperature of 205 F.
A pork shoulder this size should take just under 5 hours total.
