3.5 pounds Beef Back Ribs
Total Cook Time: 6 hours at 250°F
Hickory Smoke

Season ribs and let beef come to room temperature.
Place ribs in the smoker bone side down until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Wrap in butcher paper and put back in the smoker meat side down until the internal temperature reaches 205°F.
