Ancho Chili Shredded Chicken
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of
ancho chili sauce
Place the chicken in the crock-pot.
Pour in 1 cup of ancho chili sauce.
Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Shred the chicken and leave in sauce on WARM for at least 1 hour for best results.
