Panko Shoyu Chicken Tenders


Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups panko crumb
Preparation
  • Soak chicken in soy sauce for at least one hour
  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Spread out 2 cups of panko crumb onto a flat surface
  • Roll chicken tenderloins in bread crumb completely covering both sides
  • Place in oven and bake 15-20 minutes or until 165 F
