The first thing you need to do in order to make an excellent grilled cheese is preheat your lightly oiled cast iron skillet.
Thinly slice the beef rib and heat saute pan with 1 tbsp of butter.
Season and cook for 2 -3 minutes.
When your skillet is nice and warm, take one piece of bread and butter both sides.
Put the first side down and let it get hot and then flip it over on to the other side.
Place your first piece of cheese on the freshly heated side.
Layer the sliced beef rib and cover with another piece of cheese.
Take the second piece of toast and butter only one side.
Place the second piece of toast on the cheese with the butter facing up.
Then carefully flipping the grilled cheese over and cook until desired brownness.
