Nut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup total nut butter, or nut butter blends, of choice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • Mix ingredients together until well combined.
  • Scoop 1 tablespoon balls of dough and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Using a fork, press down on the cookie balls to form a cross-hatch imprint.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  • Cookies will be soft in the center with the edge just brown. Leave on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
