- 1 Bunch of Kale
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
Break up the kale into pieces on to a baking sheet, making sure not to lay it on too thick. (I take the hard stem pieces out)
Drizzle a very small amount of olive oil over the kale, if you put too much the kale will come out soggy. (To prevent this issue I recommend using an Olive Oil spray intended for salads)
The basic seasoning for kale chips is Sea Salt, but there are also other variations. I am quite fond of using lemon pepper.
Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 13 minutes.
At 10 minutes take the kale out and stir it around while checking for crispiness. Don't let the kale get too brown in the cooking process.
